Good news for Windows 8 users. There's an app called Robotutor, which you can download it from Window's store. This app is made by Aakash Kumar Das who is a Computer science student at KIIT University. This app is mainly designed to teach how to build robots and has efficiently covered all the basics of robotics.
Robo-tutor is a simple tutorial application designed for making the readers familiar with AVR Series of micro-controller so that they can begin with robotics as their hobby.
