Hide Information within the Picture

Today we will show you how to hide text in the image file and then retrieve it. This is a simple form of Stenography. You can know more about stenography from Wikipedia or simply Google it out.
Here we will hide sensitive information  in the pictures and then send it to the desired person. The person will further decrypt it and can get the information back. Enough of talking, lets start with the work. Just follow these simple steps.

-->Download Quick Stego (easily available in Google), extract it and run the setup.
-->Click on Open Image and select the desired image.
-->Type the text that you want to hide in the field provided.
-->Click on Hide text in the Steganography section.
-->Finally save the image by clicking on "Save Images".

To get the text back.
-->Click on Open Image and select the image.
-->Click on Get Text.
The text which was hidden will be displayed.

Google X Founder: Downloading Our Personalities To Computers Possible Soon

Till now, we were busy learning the art of transmission of files and data between computers and mobiles. But to my surprise, recently an eminent inventor claimed that our computers may very soon be capable of transmitting the complexities of human personalities. Sebastian Thrun, the one who founded the Google X laboratory, the birthplace of technical wonders like Google Glass and Driverless Cars, believes that we can get to the point from where are able to outsource our own personal experiences entirely into a computer or possibly our very personality. 

He believes that the concept might seem impossible and unimaginable, but it can be turned into reality. Interestingly, other upcoming inventions of Thrun are even more shocking and unimaginable. They include flying cars, computers that are implantable into the human body and medical treatments that will drastically curb unnatural deaths. 

This is truly a proof for the fact that all has not been yet invented, so it is very sure that there is much more for us to see in the years ahead. However, a virtual reality pioneer, Jaron Lanier, who is known for his books on the philosophy of computers, doubts the thought that personalities can be shared via computers. He warned that Silicon Valley has put too much faith in the technological progress. He said that we are going to dive in troubles because defining our personality is no less than a challenge, as we go through lots of changes all along our lifetime.

How To Find Android Phone if it is Lost or stolen

Hey folks! It has been long since my last post. So here is what I have for you.

You all will agree that it becomes very difficult to find your phone when you have lost your phone somewhere around. Most of us start making calls although it does not make any sense if vibration mode too is off. Here I am going to tell you a better way to find your android device if it is lost somewhere around.
You can use Google’s official Android Device Manager to locate your phone, here are the simple steps:

1. Go to Android Device Manager by Google in your desktop browser, follow the link HERE.
2. Login with the same Gmail account you used to activate your Android Device before and registered in Google Play.
3. Now you will see your device name and last login date. Also, you will be seeing three options i.e. Ring, Lock and Erase.
4. By clicking on Ring, your device starts ringing at high volume which help you find your phone in seconds. This function works even when your phone is in silent mode.
5. You can also Lock your device with a password in case device is lost. You have to input a message and a number to make sure whoever finds your phone, can call you back at that number.
6. If the Location services of the device are turned on, you can find the exact location of the device by clicking on locate service which is at the right side of the device name.

You can also wipe off the data by clicking on Erase. It’ll perform a factory reset on your device. Your apps, photos, music and settings will be deleted. After you erase the device, Android Device Manager will no longer work. Factory reset setting will start working automatically when your device is online.

Automatic Refresh Your Windows

There are many instances when we need to refresh our system and that we do by pressing F5 key. Even we happen to see in many websites which shows the live coverage happens to refresh the site after a particular interval. So this made me think that is there any way in which I can make my computer refresh after a particular interval. This can be done for sure by editing the system Registry. One can do this just by following these few simple steps.

Note: It is advisable to create a backup of whole windows registry keys before editing. So that if any mistake occurs then Registry can cause serious problem to run the computer. 

Step 1. First click on Start button then type Regedit in Run option. 

Step 2. In Registry Editor panel go to the path: 
              HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / System / CurrentControlSet / Control / UpdateMode 

Step 3. Here in right hand side panel edit the DWORD value to be between 1 and 5. 

Step 4. Now restart your computer after any changes to go into effect.

Deleting your victim Whatsapp message (Crashing Whatsapp)

This works on android devices. To make it work on Windows, you need to copy the code more than 20 times and then send that to your victim. The victim will have to delete the entire chat conversation in order to access the Whatsapp. Now if this is sent on group chat then the people are forced to delete the chat and leave the group.

Blocking Website on your computer

Are you trying to block a website on your PC? You don't need to setup firewall filters to do this. Here is a simple trick to block the site on your system.

First of all I need to mention about the "Hosts" file

It is a file located in C:WINDOWS->system32->drivers->etc , and it contains information about the hosts on your system...

Here are few simple steps

1. Go to the location C:WINDOWS->system32->drivers->etc
2. You will find a file by name "hosts" with no extension. 
3. Open that file in "Notepad"
4. Go to the bottom of the page where you could find the following line "127.0.0.1 localhost"
5. Now add another line at the bottom for ex: "127.0.0.1 http://www.xyz.com/ localhost"
6. This line will block the site http://www.xyz.com

The trick behind this

127.0.0.1 is the IP address of local system the so called loop back address... Now when you enter a site the browser will first check the hosts file and then it would go for the DNS service of your ISP.

Now we have added the Ip address of the xyz site as 127.0.0.1, so the browser will assume that 127.0.0.1 is the IP address of the xyz site and will connect to the local host itself and so the websites doesn't get opened...

This is the basic trick to block and we can overcome it very easily....
